It’s getting so close to Christmas! Have you mailed your Christmas cards yet? I haven’t!
Look at the cards my mom is sending out. Each year she paints a Christmas piece and prints it onto note cards. Max and Clara, my nephew and niece, have been her subjects for a few years now. Here they are at a Wizard of Oz museum exhibit. They were completely mesmerized during the entire visit!
Keeping this post on a Christmas theme, I thought I’d share my Christmas wish list.
All I Want for Christmas
1) DSLR Camera- I listed this first, but my hopes are low on this one. That’s one pricey gift! Plus, Stephen has a DSLR camera that he lets me borrow from time to time. So although I would be super duper stoked to unwrap one of these babies, it isn’t the most practical thing to wish for.
2) Digital Camera- The chances are higher on this one. My current digital camera is from circa 2000. It is one honker, and its picture taking abilities are quite limited.
3) Garmin 305- Check! Already gifted myself one of these babies.
4) Car GPS-My sense of direction is terrible. I really needed a GPS this fall when I moved to my internship location. It could have saved Stephen from answering many frantic phone calls where I asked him to boot up his computer and Mapquest me to my desired location.
5) Food Processor (!)- Who likes chopping veggies? NOT ME. I can’t believe I’ve lived life without one of these for so darn long.
6) Juicer- My parents have one of these sitting in their cupboard as we speak. It has been there for years. Unopened. Hint to mom and dad: wrap it up and put it under the tree!
7) Tone’s Southwest Chipotle Seasoning- I put this on everything, and I’m almost out. I can’t imagine eating a sweet potato without some Brummel and Brown and Tone’s to spice it up!
8 ) Whole Foods Gift Card- Who wouldn’t want this? Better question: who doesn’t need this in order for their wallet to survive a Whole Foods trip?
9) iTunes Gift Card-Can you believe that I am obsessed with music, and I have neverbought a song from iTunes? Tis true. This is about to change. I was perusing iTunes songs a few months ago and discovered that it has long lost Stage and Dezeray’s Hammer songs! I’ve been looking for Stage songs for years to no avail. Dezeray’s Hammer went kaput a few years ago, and now their songs are nowhere to be found, except for on CD’s that I purchased in high school (which are now scratched to the max).
Yay, iTunes!
What’s on your Christmas Wish List?
Same here, high FIVE! A DSLR is ALL I want. And maybe, some foodie gifts. A WF gift card would be very nice indeed…I see great minds think alike!
I had a DSLR on my list as well, my husband has one but he is a REAL photographer and sharing was not an option. We bought one after thanksgiving and I have been sharing lenses with him, since there is no point in doubling up on that…
On my Christmas list I have warm cycling cloths. they are pricey so it would be nice if I can get it for Christmas and I will need it in January for training
I don’t give a list to my husband, he is usually pretty good about getting me things that I need without me even saying a word 
You’re lucky to have such a hubby! He deserves that great birthday gift you have planned for him!
I want that Insanity Training DVD’s with the guy from the ‘ole Hip Hop Abs DVDs (which was very dang corny!)
I’m hoping for a food processor too…and for my DSLR to come back all nice and fixed from Best Buy.
I want a Garmin!!!
