Enjoyed the pro/con exercise blog. Having been into fitness for a lot of years, mornings were ALWAYS the workout scenario. I hope you enjoy and utilize fitness as a part of your lifestyle at least as long as I have.
I might add that I enjoy your writing style, and appreciate the wonderful clarity and grammar in your blogs.
